Sodexo is looking for a professional baker to join our dynamic team serving our students and guests on the Northwest Nazarene Campus in the dining room and catering
Status: Full time status working during College Academic year and summer
Hours of Work: Mon - Fri 5:30am - 1:00pm
Job Duties: Performs a variety of duties in the preparation of baked food products for our customers and guests in the campus community.
Preferred
Qualifications: Must be able to read, speak and comprehend English. 3-4 years prior experience in a high volume industrial bakery such as catering, school, corporate or similar institutional type of facility is preferred but will look at relevant experience. Strong knowledge of HACCP and Sanitation is mandatory. Baking form Scratch and previous experience working with catering production is a plus.
