is a supplier of toys and sporting goods to national chain stores such asCVS, Barnes & Noble, Five Below, Dollar Stores, Big Lots, Ross and many others.
We are looking for an administrative assistant experienced in supporting sales tonational retail chain stores to perform key tasks which Vendor onboarding.
Following strict vendor guideline instructions.
Processing major orders from start to finish.
Liaison between sales reps, customers, suppliers and NJ Croce Co.
Knowledge of UPC-A, EAN-13 and GTIN-14 barcodes.
Order entry and invoicing.
Logistics and Routing.
The following skill sets are used in this EDI systems.
Accounting software such as QuickBooks.
Navigating major retailer portals.
Proficiency in Excel.
Customer Service.
Troubleshooting.
ExcelPersonal attributes necessary for the Detail oriented.
Ability to learn new procedures.
Highly organized.
Follow up.
Meeting deadlines.
Pleasant personality.
The position is part-time, and the hours are flexible.
Work is performed in-house and in conjunction can be performed remotely.
The position is for immediate hire.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
