Monday- 8:

30pm Tuesday- rotation every other week- 8:

30am-7pm Wednesday-8:

30pm Friday- 8am-3:
30pm Job Responsibilities Preparing bills receivable, invoices, and bank deposits Perform day to day financial transactions Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted daily Manage insurance receivables Post EFT payments for VSP and incoming mail & fax payments Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status Verify discrepancies and resolve customers billing issues Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, etc Assisting with incoming phone calls for billing Required Skills and Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (Required) Experience with QuickBooks (Preferred) Medical office experience (Preferred) Solid understanding of basic accounting principles Math skills Experience with computers Phone etiquette Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Reliable.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
