Description:
Are you skilled in multitasking and adept at managing calendars, projects, and providing support to an executive team? Join our dynamic team at Timber Creek Recycling! As the Executive Assistant to the President and Executive Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our leadership in managing their schedules, coordinating events, and overseeing special projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a sense of urgency, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Essential Functions:
Manage the calendars of the President and others on the executive team as needed, ensuring timely preparation for meetings and events while minimizing scheduling conflicts.
Handle various administrative tasks to facilitate effective leadership, including assisting with special projects, gathering information for meetings, drafting correspondence, maintaining contact lists, arranging travel, and managing expense reports.
Oversee special projects from conception to completion, including creating and maintaining project plans, communicating progress regularly, and ensuring successful outcomes.
Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of meetings, offsite trainings, and company-wide events.
Perform other duties as assigned, including other various errands (work and personal).
Requirements:
Minimum of 2
years of experience supporting an executive team; 5 years preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in recycling or a similar industry is a plus.
