- Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings and arranging travel accommodations.
- Provide administrative support to the office staff, such as filing documents, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize computer software and applications to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements - Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
