In this position, you will lead the marketing team in telling the story of Because International to acquire new donors and customers and cultivate our existing audiences.
You must be able to provide strategy for the use of consistent, meaningful content across multiple platforms as well as monitor and analyze its effectiveness.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and support the members of the marketing team Strategize, produce and implement marketing campaigns to reach revenue goals Produce, in collaboration with the marketing team and outside contractors, content including story, photo, video, infographic, etc.
Manage the look, feel and content of becauseinternational.
org Monitor and update paid advertising campaigns through Facebook and Google Provide strategy for the creation and implementation of a social media marketing plan and editorial calendar Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels Work with the marketing team to optimize website content and copy utilizing SEO and analytics best practices Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness for social media and website content Collaborate with other departments on a variety of marketing related needs Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Proven track record of increasing traffic and conversions for other brands Demonstrated success in a senior marketing or conversion strategy position 5
years experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or related field Degree or equivalent experience in marketing COMPENSATION $53,000-$59,000 annually, depending on experience Flexible PTO 403(b) with employer match up to 3% Medical and dental insurance available ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Based at our Nampa, Idaho office Hybrid schedule with mix of in-office and virtual/WFH days Job Type:
