Summary:
Provides secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the organization by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Include some or all of the following.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
? Answers the telephone, gives information to clients, routes calls to appropriate staff and places outgoing calls.
? Greets clients, ascertains nature of their business, notifies staff of the arrival of appointments.
? Attempt to fill in gaps and openings on Providers' and Clinicians' schedules.
? Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and otherwise relieves others of clerical work and administrative detail.
? Provide clients access to the Client Portal and provide support to those clients.
? Reads and routes incoming emails and faxes.
? Provides support in such areas as reception, document control, personnel administrations, purchasing and data entry.
? Assists with preperation of proposals, reports, manuals and procedures.
? Maintain client profile with updated forms by notifying client via phone, email or Google Voice.
? Prepares correspondence, reports and other written documentation as necessary.
? Operates office equipment such as computer, fax, and scanner? May interpret policies and procedures to provide information to other work units or the public.
? May assist in maintaining program and personnel records; posts and balances receipts, receives money on behalf of the organization.
? Oversee facility management, assist with maintenance as needed, and purchasing as approved by supervisor.
?Attend manager/staff meetings ?Assist clinicians with scheduling, coordinating with clients, and communication ? Provide excellent customer service skills via in person and via phone/TEAMS communication to both clients and clinicians ?Work collaboratively with administrators and other office managers.

Language Skills:

Privacy/Confidentiality:
Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality of client information by following HIPPA requirements.
Supervision:
Manager position answers directly to the executive director.
Manager is responsible for attending all staff meetings/manager meetings and supervisor meetings with the executive director.
Manager is required to work 8:
30am to 5:
30pm with a required lunch hour from 12-1pm.
Schedule may change as decided by the executive director.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
