Job Description PFL MEP is a technology and data-driven engineering design firm headquartered in Nampa, Idaho.
Our firm works with clients across the United States to combat the affordable housing crisis by reimagining construction with world-class innovation.
We define success by constructability and achieve it through highly coordinated BIM models and a carefully executed quality control plan.
This position will be in our Nampa, Idaho office.
As a member of our team, you will contribute to our mission by:
Maintaining BIM/Revit standards, templates, and standard library content.
Implementing best practices and guidelines to support and improve our existing project workflows.
Developing training documents and software utilization workflows.
Providing just-in-time training.
Supporting the design team's day-to-day activities, including resolving BIM/Revit design and coordination issues.
Promoting tools that increase efficiency in the project delivery process.
Staying informed on industry best practices for virtual design and construction to enhance productivity and project performance.
Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Drafting Technology (or equivalent technical degree).

years of design/drafting experience with Revit.
2
years of BIM coordination and management experience.
In lieu of a degree, additional directly related experience will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications Intermediate to expert-level knowledge of Autodesk packages and Bluebeam.
Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit.
Familiarity with Dynamo, Forge, Python, and other BIM applications.
Familiarity with SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Suite.
Skills and Abilities Comprehensive knowledge and multi-discipline experience in planning, designing, and constructing large-scale projects.
Strong self-leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to be a flexible team player and ability to adapt to changing requirements.
Compensation $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
