Job Description:
The Field Services Foreman reports to the Project Management Director.
The Field Services Foreman is primarily responsible for helping Project Managers to stay up to date with all project related field work.
The Field Services Foreman manages all the work derived from our SWPPP inspection program, and all other additional work generated by our clients.
This work may include minor repairs while working alone or major installations as part of a team.
Physical aspects of the position:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
This position requires walking up and down slopes as well as uneven ground in construction sites, carrying tools and materials to work areas, and regular lifting of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities Install Best Management Practices (BMPs) that only require one person Install Best Management Practices (BMPs) as part of a team Use company's software management process for installation of BMPs Deliveries of materials Loading/Unloading equipment, materials, and tools Cleaning tools, vehicles, and equipment Assist in manufacturing responsibilities Perform SWPPP compliance inspection as needed Preferred Education and Skills (in addition to the required):
Experience in construction, Erosion and Sediment Control, or other industry related field is a plus Data entry skills Proficient organizational skills Ability to monitor and maintain multiple projects at once Customer service Be able communicate well Requirements High School diploma or GED a plus Strong adherence to company standards and policies Calm under pressure and deadlines Efficient at prioritizing Open to change Respectful of authority and the chain of command.
Work well in team environment Be able to work alone and with minimal supervision Computer comprehension and knowledge Other Information:
