This is a Full Time, Permanent position Monday - Friday Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
Represents the company through telephone and email contact by answering calls and emails, assisting customers with warranty issues and helping retailers to improve delivery service Perform a variety of administrative tasks as needed Provides customers, retailers and co-workers with useful feedback and suggested resolutions Demonstrate a good work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrity Maintain office files to ensure they are accurate Collaboration and team work is required Performs various other job duties as assigned and needed Minimum Qualifications - 1 - 2 years' experience in customer service High School Diploma or equivalent Some construction field experience - Highly Recommend Excellent Customer service and Communication Skills Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Self-started and self-motivated - Required Ability to prioritize tasks and self-management Effective planning and organization skills Intermediate to Advance skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook - Required Excellent listening skills and be able to offer solutions to unique situations and able to think outside the box when needed.
