This position maintains records of service calls and customer information, invoices customers, and collects payments.

Essential Functions Greet customers who enter the office.
Answer incoming customer calls and pre-qualify customer needs.
Create service tickets and close tickets upon completion of service.
Schedule and maintain an organized tracking system of service calls.
Create and follow up on service quotes for customers.
Participate in daily service team meetings.
Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for service activities based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and the skill of personnel.
Create sales orders using information in the database.
Prepare invoices.
Secure customer credit card information and process customer payments.
Update information in customer records.
Make daily outbound reminder calls for scheduled service appointments.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS Review quotes for accuracy.
Ensure general office areas remain clean.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to work additional hours beyond eight hours per day and weekends as required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
