Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling guest accounts and charges - Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift - Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries or concerns - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive guest relations - Process payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions - Ensure the security of the property and guest safety during the night shift - Complete various administrative tasks as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures is a plus - Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for reservations and guest management - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
