From your PASSION to ours Will provide human resources generalist services to include talent acquisition, employee relations, employee benefits, payroll, on and off boarding, training, and development.
From your EXPERTISE to ours Provides full cycle recruitment from start of job requisition to on-boarding.
Actively engages with employees to assist with benefits, payroll, and general information.
Assist in maintaining and updating employee policies and procedures.
Actively tracks attendance and assists with employee leave processes.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Propose employee programs to enhance employment conditions.
From your STORY to ours Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
Education Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
Experience Minimum 2 years full cycle HR required.
Specialized Knowledge Fluent in Spanish Language preferred.
Knowledge of Employment law required.
Skills / Abilities Operating systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Training Systems.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures and employment law.
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems & HRIS Systems.
Food industry and Human Resources, preferred.
Ability to perform a multitude of tasks.
Confident decision-making skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
Consistent, dependable, and diligent in performing tasks.
Professional Certifications Human Resources Certification preferred.
