You will be in charge of keeping the facilities in compliance with Fire, Life and Safety rules and code.
Job duties include, but not limited to, painting, light bulbs, moving items, grounds clean up, closet doors put on, blinds put on, unclog drains, ordering supplies, contracting vendors, ect.
The maintenance director is also has direct supervision of the housekeeping crew ensuring that all rooms and common areas are kept clean and tidy.
